Abstract

Over the past three years at Surge I have personally run well over a hundred fifty in depth technical interviews. During this time, Surge has doubled in size year after year, accumulating one of the best technical teams in the business. Come learn how we structure these interviews, why this structure evolved, and how to identify and attract great talent.
