Chris Cranford is a Hibernate Core Developer at Red Hat with more than 15 years of experience developing complex business systems. He is currently an active contributor and maintainer for the Hibernate ORM middleware project and Hibernate Envers.

This talk will describe tons of best practices, tips, and techniques to increase performance, decrease overhead, improve productivity. The talk will include live demonstrations of the approaches and their before-and-after results.
