Abstract

Let’s move past obsolete vanity metrics like page hits and visit counts.

This session will help you use analytics to find out more about your mobile users through their hardware and how they interact with your website and hybrid native apps. I’ll share with you concrete tactics that have helped me and my team put into practice the Lean UX ideal of build, measure, and learn.

Record the active touch-points users make on your UI. This is crucial for modern, single-page web apps. Using these techniques surfaces ground truth allowing you to evaluate legacy feature use, adoption of added functions, and track handheld capabilities.
