Kate Catlin is an Android Developer at Detroit Labs after recently graduating from their unique Apprenticeship program. One of the requirements of the training is that participants educate others on specific coding elements, which led to the creation of this presentation. Her background in community development and her recent entry into the tech scene combine to give her a distinctive skill at explaining concepts to newbies in an entertaining and attention-keeping manner. Kate is also the Founder of www.AssemblyOfCommerce.com, which is currently in beta mode, and a lover of all things related to bicycles and/or pita bread.
