DevNexus is the Southeast’s premier annual conference for professional software
developers and features presentations and demonstrations from global technology
leaders in their respective areas of expertise. Offering a workshop day followed by 15
concurrent presentation tracks during two full days of sessions in Atlanta’s prestigious
Georgia’s World Congress Center, attendees have the opportunity to learn more on their
favorite technologies; hear about what’s new and on the forefront; and interact and
network with peers, speakers, and event sponsors. With 1800+ participants in 2016,
2017 will mark the event’s eleventh year, and is likely once again to be sold out prior to the

General Terms and Conditions
The Atlanta Java Users Group Inc. (AJUG) organizes DevNexus 2016. A registered
All session topics and content subject to vetting and final approval by the AJUG
presentation panel prior to final confirmation.
All sessions are selected independent of sponsorship status, based on relevancy of
topic to event audience; sponsors receive no automatic speaker/session slots.
Agreement to include sponsoring company's logo or other information in
advertising assumes signed sponsorship agreement, AJUG receipt of deposit or
other required monies, and DevNexus receipt of high and low-resolution logos and
any additional requested items prior to material printing/posting deadlines.
AJUG agrees to provide the benefits for the sponsorship selected above until the
conclusion of the DevNexus 2017 event. No discounts are provided for late

Payment Terms are 15 days net, AJUG can accept payments via Wire Transfer,
Credit Card or via Check made out to Atlanta Java Users Group, Inc. and sent to
1224 Spring Valley Lane, Atlanta GA 30306. Sales Receipts will be issued for Credit
Card payments and Invoices will be issued for Check payments.
All sponsorship payments must be collected prior to the DevNexus 2017 event as a
condition of participation.

Shipping items to and from the venue
The Georgia World Congress Center does not handle shipping and receiving of items. If
you are planning on mailing things to the GWCC you will need to make sure that there is
someone there to receive your packages. Neither DevNexus nor the GWCC will take
responsibility for anything shipped there. You will be able to get your items and
conference booth materials to the venue in one of four ways; 1. Ship items to a third party
conference Logistics Company, 2. Bring Items with you when you arrive, 3. Ship items to
the FedEx office onsite. 4, Ship items to yourself or your representative at the conference.
Ship items to a third party conference Logistics Company - We have negotiated

Freeman will receive your booth materials and deliver them to your assigned booth
space at the conference. They will then pick up your boxed up items and return
them to you Or, work with you current logistics vendor. They can also provide you
with additional booth equipment, furniture etc.
Bring items with you when you arrive - If you have a relatively portable setup you
can bring it with you when you arrive.
Ship Items to the FedEx office onsite - There is an in-house Fed Ex/Kinkos that
would be happy to assist you. They can work with you to make arrangements to
receive your packages and deliver them to the appropriate location. This is a very
small location with no storage capacity. They can be reached by calling

someone on site to receive your packages, please ensure that they are shipped to
the following address. It is also recommended that you provide the delivering
company with an on-site contact name & number. The full address of the

You will have a booth space designated by your sponsorship level and a 6’x3’ table
with a black tablecloth can be provided for your company. Feel free to bring
monitors or backdrops and whatever marketing materials you want to display. The
size of the booth area that you have depends on your level of sponsorship. Please

All conference attendees will have the option to opt in to receiving
communications from sponsors of DevNexus. The list of attendees that have opted
in will be distributed to all conference sponsors in the week following DevNexus.
All attendees will have name badges with a QR code that contains their name, title,
employer and email address. You may scan these with the attendees consent.
We will make available to all sponsors and attendees a mobile
conference app, for iOS and Android, that has a built in QR reader that will be able
